Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package.
Clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Sizing Note
Sizing may vary across Asian fashion brands, please check our detailed size chart before ordering. If you still receive an item that doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a size exchange (based on availability).
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Sale/clearance items
Customized or altered pieces
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team on hoorscollection@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Securely pack your item and ship it to the return address given.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item(s).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color, depending on stock.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
